Prototyping

Demonstrated track record of moving applied R&D from the bench into batch and steady-state working prototypes with Design for Manufacturing DFM in mind. Laboratory scale prototypes comprised of electrical power boards, control boards, integrated power and control boards electrically isolated circuit nesting, catalyst holders, equivalent to FOUPs for the electronics industry and chemical process systems, inclusive of water technologies.

Pilot Plants

Demonstrated track record of moving prototypes into pilot plants for processing chemicals at barrels per day capacity in operating chemical and oil/gas plants, where on-spec was met.. Pilot plants are packaged in cargo containers and all transport of materials is in enclosed trailers to minimize industrial espionage AI BCPS enabled spying on client work, that may or may not result in sabatoge. Minimizing all risks.

Capabilities

Fundamental / Applied R&D

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot nanoscale systems that were not replicable and find pathways to run the chemical reaction successfully through use of nanotechnology, mixed-phase, quantum analysis, materials science adjustments in substrate and active catalyst site synthesis. Most recent success in disassembly of quantum nanobiochem "invisible arsenal" being slung by China PLA MSS CCP and proxy terrorists.

Prototyping

Demonstrated ability to go from fundamental R&D to applied R&D and then into prototype phase for product-client fit with track record of 20 to 40 prototypes required for product-market and product-client fit in chemical, nanotechnology and electromechanical systems.

Pilot Plants

Demonstrated ability to scale-up fundamental R&D and applied R&D through prototype iterations in electronics, water and chemical processes for barrel per day steady-state plant operation of pilot units inside the gates of chemical facilities in TWIC accessible waters required for national security.

Manufacturing

Electronics manufacturing capabilities for through-hole assembly, PE-CVD, and integration of surface-mount SMT for small batch runs of qty 100 with separate control boards and power boards. Custom designed nanotechnology substrates utilizing standard wafer substrate sizes.
